Toxic environments always find a way out.

When tension exists between employees or even worse between management and employees it might stay hidden for a while, but eventually, it surfaces.

In a small and tightly connected market like Greece (and many others), bad news travels fast. Word spreads, and reputation suffers.

That’s why leadership is not just about making decisions it’s about how you treat people.

Always treat your employees with respect.

Be fair.

Give credit where credit is due.

Help those who can improve.

And when you must part ways with someone, do it with dignity.

You don’t need to “cuddle” anyone but you do need to be humane.

In the long run, culture speaks louder than any marketing campaign.
